Shipping Policy

Shipping for the most part is FREE to any of our Orange County locations with a few exceptions such as oversized or custom designed product. Don’t worry. We will let you know if and when those apply, before accepting your order. We cannot do drop ship orders however if for any reason you cannot pick up your order from either our store locations, in most cases we will deliver it to you via our own truck within a 15 mile radius from a store location.

In addition please note that free shipping applies only on ground shipping and within the manufacturers normal time period. All expedited shipments or alternative delivery methods that may be requested by client will be subject to additional shipping charges depending on the requested method. For example 2nd day, rushed or overnight shipping will be charged at the selected rate for the buyers account.

Most shipments will ship via United Parcel Service, Fed Ex, or via common carrier as selected by the manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds

In the event that you wish to cancel or return an order for a refund or in store credit, please note the following conditions.

Lightstyles will accept returnable products within 30 days of receipt of the product if they are in the original packaging (including all packaging materials and accessories). The items must be suitable for resale. The client will be refunded (less the shipping costs not included in the initial order and a restocking fee (where applicable). We have negotiated some of the lowest restocking fees with our vendors, however as the percentage may vary from 0%-25% depending on the manufacturer. Once we have received the return and inspected the item(s) for damage, a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased will be issued.

Merchandise that has been installed, altered or damaged in any way does not qualify for return or refund.

To return a product, you must request a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the product. Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper. A Return Materials Authorization may be requested online by contacting us at or at either of the two Orange County stores as detailed. Once we issue a RMA, we must receive the product within 10 days or no refunds will be given.

Merchandise must be returned and shipped at customer’s expense.

The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund.

  • Customized products
  • Custom quotes
  • Discount or clearance products, except for damaged or defective shipments.

When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 45 days, after which the product will be destroyed.

Damaged Items

Any product that is received visibly damaged must be reported immediately at our Toll Free Number at 844-554-4484 (844-5LIGHT4).

Lightstyles cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported beyond this timeframe. Upon receiving a product that is damaged, you must contact us for a Returned Materials Authorization number before returning the product.

Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by Lightstyles is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from  and find it to be defective, 30 days past the purchase date, please contact Lightstyles or our Toll Free number at 844-554-4484 (844- 5LIGHT4) for manufacturer warranty information.

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies

Lightstyles makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.
