All products can be ordered and paid for at either at our physical store locations or alternatively through this website. We cannot drop ship from the factory to the client and therefore all items should either be picked up from one of the store locations or delivery arrangements can be made through one of the stores. When a member specifies product they can choose to have the client pay the pricing shown in the showroom (which is already discounted to the lowest Internet pricing), in which case the difference between the price paid by them versus your Designer price will be rebated after installation. Should a member wish to pass on a partial/total discount to the client, they should inform us ahead of the purchase so that we know what pricing to offer to the client.
